As a supervisor, you are able to enter and then approve hours for any temp who is unable to submit a timesheet via the gTimesheet website them self. When you log into the website, you will be notified if any of your temps have failed to submit a timesheet at any point during their assignment.
After you have logged into the website, you will be notified if timesheets have not been submitted by any of your temps. Select the "Perform Manual Entry" option at this prompt.
gTimesheet will list the employees who have not submitted a timesheet via the web at any point in their assignment. From the list of employees, choose the individual you want to enter hours for by clicking the "Enter" button to the right of their name.

The employee will be highlighted red in the list. Select the Week Ending Date the timesheet will apply to from the drop down menu. The individual dates on the timesheet will adjust accordingly.


If you want to discard your entry without approving, click "Back to Maintenance". ![]()
