Saving a Timesheet

The gTimesheet website allows you to save the progress you have made on a timesheet, to enable you to complete and then submit it to your supervisor at a later date.

Step 1 - Saving your Progress

At any time while you are working on a timesheet, as illustrated below, you can save your progress by clicking the "Save" button. This will store the values you have entered, and allow you to return and update, then finish the timesheet at a later date.

Enter Time section

Saved timesheets are listed in the "Timesheets: In Process" summary list. The summary lets you see at a glance which customer the timesheet is for, the position, the week, and how many hours have been entered so far.

Step 2 - Returning to a Saved Timesheet

To return to a saved timesheet, locate it in the "Timesheets: In Process" summary as shown above, and click the "Edit" button next to it.

This will display the timesheet in edit mode. The week ending date the timesheet applies to is shown in the upper left corner. You can continue to enter or adjust your hours as you see fit. When finished, click "Save and Submit" to send it to your supervisor.
